REGISTRATION:
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Print/download our 3-page REGISTRATION PACKET*. *Note: These forms are only the Racers info. forms. The RPD form/waiver is available at Clauss when you arrive either at one of the registration nights or at the front desk (if not registering on a registration night).
2. To save time, complete your forms at home, if possible. Be sure to include a valid email address that you will check at least twice per week during the season (if you check your work email more frequently, feel free to use it instead of your home email address).
3. Bring your completed forms/payment to one of the Open House Registration Dates (see below), or drop them off at Clauss Rec. Center before the deadline (see below).
*Keep in mind that a Kemmerling Pool pass needs to be purchased for your swimmer and all registration forms need to be submitted before your child can participate.
You may purchase pool passes at either registration night.

2017 OPEN HOUSE REGISTRATION DATES/TIMES:
Tuesday, May 2nd & Monday, May 8th; 6-8pm; NEW Park District location
During Open House Registration dates, SWIM APPAREL will be available for viewing/fitting/ordering and members of the parent Club will be present to answer questions.
A $10 discount will be applied DURING REGISTRATION TIMES only!

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REGISTRATION:
Participants can register at the Clauss desk any time on or before May 12th, 2017. After this date, a $100 LATE FEE will be incurred.

2017 FEES:
Swim Team Only: $95 Resident/$105 Non-Resident
Dive Team Only: $100 Resident/$110 Non-Resident
Swim AND Dive Team (for same child participating in both): $165 Resident/$195 Non-Resident
Family Fee: $45 (Non-refundable; per family)
Discount: $10 per child; Available only during the two Registration Evenings
Late Fee if registering after 5/12: $100

*Note: In addition, each participant is required to purchase a season pool pass to Kemmerling Pool (either a family season pass or an individual season pass), which is available for purchase online if you are renewing a pass. If something has changed in your household, renewals must be done in person. Pool passes can still be purchased at the park district on registration nights but we encourage you to renew online. Payment for your pool pass and for swim team fees are processed separately.
